Management

As a Wendy's Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Managing food, labor, paper costs and other controllable expenses
• Maintaining proper staffing levels
• Coaching and training crew members
• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
